Digital Guides & eBooks

MindfulKit sells exclusively digital products — downloadable guides, eBooks, toolkits, and workbooks. Because our products are delivered electronically and are accessible immediately upon successful payment, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase is completed.

Change of mind · Not having time to read · Finding the information elsewhere · Purchasing the wrong product by mistake · Personal dissatisfaction with the content style or format · Downloading and deciding you already knew the material

Why No Refunds?

Unlike physical goods, digital products cannot be "returned" once accessed. The moment a guide is downloaded or a download link is clicked, the product has been fully delivered. This is consistent with industry-standard digital goods policy and is also in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India) and applicable consumer protection guidelines for digital goods.

Technical Delivery Exceptions

We will always resolve genuine technical failures. We will issue a replacement, re-send your download link, or offer a refund in the following limited circumstances:

Your file arrives corrupted or unreadable · You were charged multiple times for the same order due to a payment gateway error · Your download link expires before you are able to access it due to a technical fault on our end · The product delivered is materially and significantly different from its published description

How to report a technical issue: Email us at support@mindfulkit.in within 7 days of your purchase date. Include your order number, a description of the problem, and any relevant screenshots. We will respond within 2 business days and resolve it promptly.

Nirnay AI is a complimentary AI-powered decision guide offered by MindfulKit. It is a free tool — there is no charge, no subscription, and no paywall to use the Clarity Guide feature.

There is no product to refund and no service to cancel.

Voluntary Donations

Any donation made to support MindfulKit and Nirnay AI is made freely, voluntarily, and with full understanding that:

A donation is an expression of support and goodwill — it does not entitle you to any specific product, deliverable, service level, or outcome.
Donations are non-refundable once processed, as they are voluntary contributions with no product or service attached.
Donating does not unlock premium features, prioritised access, or any benefit beyond what the free tool already provides to all users equally.
The tool will remain free regardless of whether you donate.
Donation amounts are entirely at your discretion — there is no minimum and no obligation.

Accidental donation? If you donated multiple times due to a technical error (e.g. a payment gateway bug caused a double charge), contact us at support@mindfulkit.in within 48 hours with proof of the duplicate transaction and we will review and resolve it on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellations

MindfulKit does not operate any subscription-based, auto-renewing, or recurring payment plans at this time. All purchases are one-time transactions.

There is nothing to cancel

We have no monthly plans, no annual memberships, no auto-billing, and no recurring charges of any kind. Once your one-time purchase is complete, you will not be charged again automatically.

If you placed an order and wish to cancel it before downloading or accessing your product, please email us immediately at support@mindfulkit.in. We will do our best to accommodate the request if the product has not yet been accessed, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once a download link has been issued.

Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

We strongly encourage you to contact us at support@mindfulkit.in before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer. Most issues can be resolved quickly and amicably through direct communication.

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in your access to MindfulKit products being suspended while the dispute is under review. Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may be contested with supporting transaction and delivery evidence.

We process payments via Instamojo and other payment partners. If you notice an unrecognised charge from MindfulKit, please email us immediately at support@mindfulkit.in and we will investigate without delay.
